The 8 weeks consists of 2x 4 week personalised training blocks for you to progress through (strength or hybrid) and we will test where you are at week 1 and then again at week 8. As you start to improve your strength, fitness, nutrition, mindset and consistency you will start to see and feel the changes within yourself through. This program is suitable for anyone at any level. Each week will have a focus and as you work through the structure you will end at week 8 with an improved level of strength, fitness, routine, mindset and routines to support the rest of 2024 as we head into summer.
