At GNB Health & Fitness our vision is to provide women with quality personalised coaching to support and enhance their journey. We want to be the last coach they ever have to hire because they gain all the tools, knowledge and experience they need to successfully live a healthy lifestyle and crush their goals.
We specialise in working with women to build sustainable habits, and lifestyle change, increase confidence, educate around nutrition, and body image, provide training solutions, and mindset coaching so they can become the happiest, healthiest, and strongest version of themselves. The positive change experienced from coaching and in the journey is going to flow into all areas of life and improve them (work, relationships, self-beliefs etc). It’s the missing puzzle piece to enhance your overall lifestyle and goals.

Meet your coach
Hey, I’m Gabrielle or just Gab, and I run GNB Health & Fitness. I coach women who want to fuel properly, feel good in their skin, build confidence, improve their mindset and actually enjoy the process while doing it.
I’m a qualified personal trainer, nutritionist and mindset coach. I’m originally from Nelson, NZ and now living in Melbourne. I’ve been coaching for over 7 years and have worked with hundreds of women to build structure, consistency and confidence in their training, nutrition and lifestyle. Nothing I do is one size fits all. Your coaching should fit your life, your goals and your body, and that’s exactly how I approach it.
I didn’t start out with the healthiest mindset either. Like a lot of women, I used to train to be smaller and to undo my love of food. I’ve done group fitness classes, CrossFit, bikini comps, binge-restrict cycles, overtraining, burnout, lost my period, gained and lost the same weight over and over. I’ve also gone through phases where I didn’t care at all. Every bit of it has shaped me into the coach I am now. Because I’ve been through it, I get it. And I know what actually works long term.
These days I train for strength, fitness, confidence and to keep pushing what I’m capable of. I’ve podiumed 9 times this year in hyrox, competed at Worlds in the Elite 15 Doubles, represented NZ in the relay team and have a few big strength PB's like deadlifting 2.72 x my bodyweight. I love the challenge and I bring that same energy into how I coach. Helping women fuel properly, train with purpose, feel strong in their bodies and proud of their progress is what lights me up.
Whether you’re getting back into training, chasing a performance goal, working on your relationship with food or just want to feel more like yourself again, I’m here to help you do that. No extremes. Just structure, support and a plan that works.
My coaching is focused on building strong habits and routines that turn into a lifestyle. So you don’t just get results, you keep them. Whether you’re working on fat loss, building muscle, strength, performance or confidence, we’ll keep it personal, sustainable and something you can actually stick to long term.
