How much is the Program?there are 2 investment options : $439.92 PIF or $59.99 per week (as little as $8 per day to invest in yourself in this incredible opportunity) Extended lower investment payment plans are also available. Reach out to discuss this option.

What is involved in the Training?In your questionnaire you will let me know if you want a strength or hybrid program. Your training program will take into account any injuries/limiations, how many days per week you can train, how long your sessions are and what you are wanting to work on. e.g build strength and or fitness and what performance based goals you are wanting to achieve. You will receive a training program fully customised to you, GNB app access, video demonstrations and progress tracking. Your program will be in 4 week blocks allowing for progressive overload so you get the best results from your program and build the ultimate confidence in your training. You will also have the opportunity to submit technique checks. If your goal is to build muscle, get strong, work on your mobility, fitness, endurance etc then your program will reflect your goals. You will also be provided with training specific education so you know how to train correctly, how to warm up, how to progressive overload and anything you need to know that is going to level up your training. If you train from home you will just let me know your available equipment and this will be included in your training program

What is in the GNB App?Everything in one easy to use app! Your training program, your nutrition, your education, your progress trackers, your habits, your resource hub (where all your guides+ebooks, teaching, recipes are located), your communication, your group chat and everything you need day to day in your journey during the 8 week program. Education throughout the program will cover topics like training, nutrition, lifestyle, building routines, mindset support, habit building and more.

Can I do the program if iI'm travelling and going away?Hell yes! The program has a flexible approach and is designed to help you make what you're doing into a lifestyle regardless of what is happening in your life or where you are. You will be taught how to continue working towards your goals and navigate life challenges.

What is the check-ins, accountability and support like?You will 2x 1:1 in depth check-ins with Gab to assess overall progress with chat access in between check-ins for additional questions/support. We will formally check-in and catch up at the week 3, week 6 covering your overall well-being (training, nutrition, mindset, wins, habits, struggles etc) Gabrielle will respond with a video message back covering your past 3 weeks with actionable tools for you to apply and set you new habits to work on in the app based on your progress. This is your opportunity to stop, reflect, apply and grow. You will also have a weekly self-check-in at the end of every week to reflect on the week that has been and improve for the week ahead. You will be set weekly habits and reminders each week to ensure you are progressing forward with any daily habits and routines that need to be worked on which will help with consistency in your journey + group chat access with other like minded women who are on a similar journey.

This will give you a great base to kick things off in your journey as you will have a good understanding of what you need to do to achieve your goals while creating positive habits, a solid routine and lifestyle to support this. You will leave the 8 weeks feeling educated, empowered and on track with your goals. If you require more assistance you will have the opportunity to continue working with Gabrielle under one of her coaching options after the program finishes.

What is involved in the Nutrition?In your questionnaire you will let me know of your current nutrition habits and what nutrition strategy you are interested in. You will then be provided with your own personalised nutrition that will also come with education so you know how to apply this in your day to day lifestyle and also example days of eating that are customised to your nutrition targets. These will show you how to structure a day of eating (including pre workout snacks, how to hit your protein targets, eat enough fibre, eat enough whole foods with also a sprinkle of soul foods) The idea is for you to apply this to your lifestyle. By the end of the 8 weeks you will know how to eat for your health, goals and enjoyment. You will learn the simple fundamentals of nutrition and healthy eating with a focus on flexible eating and creating sustainable habits through tracking or the non tracking method. There is a nutrition method to suit everyone, plus all the nutrition education (teachings & guides) will allow you to eat foods you enjoy while working towards your goals and having food freedom for the rest of 2024 & beyond. We will cover eating out, going away on holiday, social events, meal ideas, meal prep, busy lifestyle hacks just to name a few topics that will be covered. *You will also receive recipes that caters to all nutrition preferences (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, smoothies, desserts) Each recipe contains a my fitness pal barcode which is also perfect for those who track their daily intake.

What happens after the 4 weeks?At the end of the 4 weeks you will have the opportunity to continue on with GNB Health & Fitness if you want to and continue working together towards your goals with 1:1 support.

What's included in the 4 weeks?-Personalised program (home or gym) via the GNB App. Your program contains demo videos and written instructions so you will know exactly how to perform each movement. Including how many sets, reps, and the time to rest (the app has a built-in timer). It is literally a PT in your pocket that logs all your data so you will never have to try and remember what you did last week. Incredible for all ability levels (beginner included). *you will also have access to bonus workouts and finishers that can be done anywhere/anytime if you are unable to do your program due to being away/not have access to the gym/are short on time/want any extra movement etc -Ability to track your steps, sleep, and water intake via GNB App -Ability to update your progress photos, measurements, and weight via GNB App for self-tracking -Optional end of week self-check for reflection & accountability for the week ahead -GNB App chat access to your coach for questions and technique reviews every Monday (I will be online that day if you need anything e.g form checks, exercise or program questions, etc) -Access to GNB Health & Fitness Educational FB Group which contains nutrition guidance and knowledge to complement your training program (including bonus topics such as training tips, mindset hacks, women's health info, and lifestyle advice) New content is added 2x times per week! -Access to Clients Only Group Chat to connect with other like minded women on this journey and for additional support -Access to Resources including 50 high protein recipes (breakfast, lunch & dinners), 24-page guide on how to navigate the festive season, rest day mobility, and a training guide (worth over $250!)

What can I expect to achieve over the 8 weeks?You get out what you put in! You can expect to improve your nutrition, mindset, daily habits, routines, how you spend your weekends, how you show up daily for yourself, how you feel about about yourself, your lifestyle, your digestion, your mood, your consistency, your movement, making choices you're proud of and more. If you show up every day and do your best you can expect amazing results over the 8 weeks and to then continue then after to maintain or continue progressing with your results. If you are looking to lose body fat, over the 8 weeks you can expect to lose anything from 3-6kgs (this can vary from person to person)

How will the mindset side of things work?Did you know I'm a Certified Health Mindset Coach? We will be using evidenced based coaching strategies to improve mindset including self self-sabotage, behaviour change, ditching the ‘all or nothing approach’, improving how you view yourself (think confidence, self talk and body image while being your own best friend) with education modules and home work tasks to apply as you go to create the best version yourself. You will enter into this program week 1 and leave on week 8 with a new mindset and leave behind what isn't serving you.

How do I contact you during the program?We will formally catch up during your 1:1 check-ins at week 3 and week 6. You will also have access to me and the group of ladies in this program via our group chat where you will feel supported, seen and heard. Here we will drop inspiration, daily wins, our meals, workouts, successes, lessons and everything coming up during the program. You will also have private 1:1 chat access to me every Monday and Friday where you can message/voice message me directly.
